HOW TO RETURN THESE GAMES: Under the terms of your subscription, you may return this shipment of games any time after 60 days.
- Fedex Home Pickup with the provided label - or drop off at any fedex location and notify us it is on the way.
Your games should be shipped back to BGX in the same box. If there is an issue re-using the box, please let us know. When you are ready to return the games, email us at Service@BoardGameExchange.com with the Subject “Return Postage Needed,” and include in the body of the email the date which you will be putting the package in the mail. We will email you a PDF with the return label and postage within 24 hours. You’ll need to print the label and securely tape it to the Flat-Rate Box. You can then drop the package off at the nearest Post Office branch, or schedule a pickup online at www.usps.com/pickup.
What do I do if a game is missing pieces upon arrival?
We try to make sure there is no missing pieces if we can. If you get a game with missing pieces, please email email@example.com right away and tell us what is missing.
If you can substitute cards or tokens for the missing pieces, please do that and when we get the games back, we will work to complete the games.
When we get the games back in our posession, we will work to complete the games or scrap them for parts.
In the very rare situation that a game is unplayable when it arrives to you, contact us right away and we will do what we can to fix the situation. Either by shipping you a new game or doing something to offset your inconvenience.
What happens if I lose pieces to the game or destroy the game?
No big deal, we will bill you the replacement price of the game or what was damaged in the game, which is a reduced cost to you as we have really good deals on games.
Honestly, in 4 years of being open, we have had less than ten reports of missing pieces with this as our customers tend to take care of the rented game inventory.
How are the games packaged and shipped? Will all the parts arrive fine? (Upated 3/2/17)
- Thanks to FEDEX, games now ship with boxes affordably for our service. AND--you can purchase them if you like them!!
We then weigh the games with a very accurate gram scale down to the nearest .0001 of a gram, the weight is handwritten on this package. (Different game pictured)
When we get the games back we re-weigh them. This verifies that there are no pieces missing.
I did not receive the top choice in my Rental Queue – what gives?
We strive to get you the games you want, in the order you want. There are occasions, however, where a limited number of copies of certain titles will delay their availability to subscribers. In such cases, we will send the next priority in your queue and get the desired title to you as soon as it’s available. Please keep your queue up to date and keep checking for added inventory, we add games generally about each month.
Is your website secure?

Please email us at Service@BoardGameExchange.com and let us know what you’re looking to unload and we can try to work out a deal. Keep in mind, we are always looking for popular games as well.
The process works like this -
1 - You send BGX a list of games you would like to get rid of
2 - BGX will review your list and make sure that your games are ones that we are interested in.
3 - BGX will generally make an offer for all or part of your lot of games if we are interested.
4 - We will pay via paypal (Preferred)
5 - We will then send a shipping label to your email address for you to print and ship the games in a timely manner.

Please email us at Service@BoardGameExchange.com if you’re a publisher and we’ll do what we can to hook you up.
Can I request games not currently in our library?
